We collect verified reviews from The Law Superstore users to help you make the right choice and share your experience with others.
How does it work?
The Law Superstore users can compare legal service providers in their quote results based on genuine, verified user reviews. After getting a quote, you will receive a request to leave feedback on your experience using The Law Superstore.
We then follow up two weeks later with all users to see how their experience was with their chosen partner. This means we only collect reviews from verified website users on behalf of legal service providers (partners) confirmed for that particular quote.
All reviews are processed by The Law Superstore moderation team before being published. If we believe any review to be non-genuine, we may ask users and partners for further proof to validate it. Partners are also given the opportunity to reply to reviews.
Once a review of a partner is published, it will appear for other users when browsing potential legal firms.
Unlike major review sites, we do not allow anyone to leave a review for a partner unless they have obtained a quote. This means you can be sure any review you are reading is from a verified The Law Superstore user in genuine need of a legal service.
We offer reviews as a way for users to compare providers. Our review process is completely impartial.
What are partners reviewed on?
When filling out a review form, users are asked to rate their experience of that legal service provider based on five key areas that matter when engaging a legal service provider.
- Initial impressions: How you felt about your first interactions and how the provider presented themselves.
- Legal knowledge: Whether you felt they had the legal knowledge and understanding needed to help with your case.
- Value for money: Whether you think their level of legal knowledge and service was fairly priced.
- Approachability: How willing the service provider was to deal with queries and changes to your case, and whether they made it clear how to get in touch if needed.
- Communication: How communication was between you and the service provider, and whether they kept you updated in a timely manner.
These five areas are then used to generate an overall average score for that review.
How do I leave a review?
You can only leave a review for a partner if you have submitted a quote for a legal service. You will receive a review request email from The Law Superstore two weeks after you open your quote results.
Clicking the link in your review request email will take you to a form where you can review the partners you were quoted. Simply select which partner you chose and fill out the rest of the form.
If you did not receive the email to leave feedback, please check your junk folder. There is also an option to provide an alias. If you would prefer to share feedback privately, or you want to edit or update your review, you can do so by emailing info@thelawsuperstore.com.
